About Our Company
First of all we will arrange to come and meet with you to assess the amount and frequency of cleaning required and to discuss your personal requirements. Charges for our regular cleans are £11 per hour (£1.00 rural supplement may apply).
Our professional, friendly service is bespoke to your needs and preferences, and we will do all we can to accommodate them.
We will then provide you with the same fully vetted, friendly, reliable cleaner each week, at an affordable price, on a day or days to suit you. You will be given the opportunity to meet your cleaner before they start work for you in order to make sure you are comfortable with our selection from the outset.
All our cleaners are interviewed in their own home, in order to make sure they can clean their own home properly (We would not ask them to clean our clients’ homes if they could not fulfil this criteria). Their references are thoroughly checked before introduction, and we can also carry out a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check if required.
We will insure your cleaner against accidental damage up to £2 million, with £100 excess on claims. If your cleaner is sick or on holiday, we can provide a replacement cleaner for the period required. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaner, we will do all we can to find a cleaner who is right for you. Similarly, if the cleaner terminates her contract for services, we will find a replacement cleaner for you as quickly as possible.
Your cleaner will use cleaning products and equipment provided by you, which will ensure that your preferred products are used, and will keep your costs low. We do not stipulate a minimum number of hours per week, but a small house will normally need a minimum of 2 hours cleaning per week (remember, if you cannot clean it in the time allotted, your cleaner will not be able to either!). If you have a larger house, we can arrange for the cleaner to “rotate” the house if necessary, cleaning the downstairs one week and upstairs the next, depending on house size and what is required. These preferences can be discussed during the initial consultation.
One-Off Cleaning Whatever the occasion, we can provide you with a one-off clean:
- General spring clean at any time of the year
- Moving in
- Moving out (including end of tenancy)
- After Builders clean (light only)
- After party clean
We will have an initial consultation with you to discuss your requirements and assess the amount of cleaning needed. We will then
arrange to come back with our own products and materials at a time to suit you, and we will clean your home to your satisfaction.
